The ATS (Applicant Tracking System) analysis compares your resume against a job description. It gives you a match score, identifies missing keywords, checks grammar and writing quality, and provides actionable suggestions. You can run an analysis by uploading your resume to the dashboard (we support .docx files) or by pasting your resume text directly on the ATS page.

The ATS analysis is the diagnostic — it shows you how your resume scores against a specific job description and what's missing. Improve My Resume is the fix. After an analysis, you answer a few short yes/no questions about your experience, and Nevira AI rewrites the parts of your resume that need work. You get back a downloadable .docx file with your original formatting, fonts, and layout preserved — not a plain text dump. You can review every change before saving the file, and Improve My Resume is included at no extra cost once you've run an ATS analysis.

Discover Jobs is our job matching feature. You use the resume saved in your dashboard (or paste your resume text directly), and Nevira AI searches live job postings that match your skills, experience, and location. Results include the company, location, how recently the role was posted, and a direct link to apply. If we don't find matches in your city, the search expands across your province and then nationally using your top skills, so you always get a useful result

When you reach your monthly limit, you have options. If you have verified school access (through a school code or verified email domain), your limits reset automatically on the 1st of every month. You can also build your Career Toolkit at any time to add lifetime credits that never expire — these give you immediate access to more voice minutes, interview preps, and ATS checks while you wait for your monthly reset. Your monthly limits will reset on the 1st regardless of any Toolkit purchases you make.

Voice recordings are processed in real-time by our voice processing partner and are not stored permanently. Transcripts and feedback are retained for your reference so you can review your progress, and Emotion Analysis is displayed in your feedback to help you understand your vocal delivery. Your voice data is used solely to provide you with personalized feedback and is shared only with trusted processing partners to enable the service. By starting a voice session, you consent to this processing. We never share your voice data for any other purpose.
