Our platform offers two ways to access premium features:
Monthly credits are used before lifetime credits for interviews and voice practice. For ATS checks, lifetime credits are used first, then monthly credits.
Our platform uses artificial intelligence (including large language models like Gemini for content generation and Hume AI for voice processing and tone analysis) to generate interview questions, feedback, voice emotion insights, and resume analysis. AI may produce errors, biases, or "hallucinations" — responses that may sound plausible but are factually incorrect or not applicable to your specific situation.

Toolkit purchases are one-time transactions processed securely through Stripe. All prices are listed in USD or CAD based on your location.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of your resume, personal information, and uploaded materials. We do not claim ownership over your content.
Our Content: The Nevira platform, AI algorithms, user interface, brand elements, and match scoring system are proprietary and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without written permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the voice API (e.g., excessive usage beyond reasonable limits), or engage in prohibited activities. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless retention is required by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of wages, employment opportunities, or business interruption, resulting from your use of or inability to use our service.
